Anne Joyner Sheehan, the Owner and President of RPTA, is an appraiser holding both the MAI and the SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. In addition, she is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) through the National Association of Realtors and a licensed Georgia real estate broker. Past experience as a broker, appraiser, landlord representative, and land developer has developed Ms. Sheehan's capable and persuasive negotiating technique that benefits RPTA's clients.
Rosalie B. Gluck, Executive Vice President, Compliance and Quality Assurance, has provided real and personal property tax consulting services for over 30 years throughout the United States.
